Carl E. Gluck
Carl obtained his FCC First Class Radiotelephone License in 1980. He obtained a certification with the Society of Broadcast Engineers (SBE) as a Certified Professional Broadcast Engineer (CPBE) on January 1, 1991. He holds an Extra Class Amateur Radio License.
Carl joined Carl T. Jones Corporation as a Senior Engineer in October 2008. His work at CTJC has primarily been AM and FM radio broadcast matters. Carl has prepared many FCC applications and performed research and evaluation leading to broadcast station improvements and/or upgrades. He has experience in broadcast mapping and signal propagation software.
Prior to joining CTJC, Carl began his career in radio in 1966 as an FM station board operator. In 1978 he became General Manager of a radio station in the Midwest; later expanding to the role of Chief Engineer and Midwest Regional Manager. Carl is experienced with broadcast equipment design and manufacturing and has done computer programming. He went to work for Salem Communications in 1991 where he eventually became Vice President of Technical Research until he joined CTJC.
